the fine print
- Deposit: I require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your final invoice.
- Release of final files: Final, full resolution files will only be released upon complete payment of the associated invoice.
- Stock photos: Licensed images from Depositphotos and Shutterstock are included for up to 500,000 print copies. If more copies are required, an extended license may be purchased for an additional fee. Stock photos from other sites will require either license by the author, or an additional licensing fee.
- Revisions: Five major revisions are included in the design fee. Revisions beyond five will incur a fee of $25. Major revisions after finalization will require a new design fee. Resizing of a paperback after the initial formatting will be charged at $15.
- Extensive photomanipulation: Covers requiring extensive photomanipulation (head swaps, Frankenstening of models, creation of fantasy creatures, etc) will be subject to an additional $75 fee.
